Get Proactive and Stop Being Reactive! It Will Save Your Life!

Published August 26th, 2019 by Craig Kaler

The medical journal BMJ published a report last week on  August 22nd  that links higher levels of physical activity at any intensity to a lower risk of early death in middle-age and older people.

To most people and doctors, the goal of health care is simply, “Feeling no pain and owning no diagnosis.” The MAJOR problem with that goal is that while you just might achieve that – it can really mean almost nothing at all! By the time you have a symptom – cells and body parts have not been functioning properly or not receiving what they have needed for a long time. Just because you feel good, doesn't mean that you are healthy. Symptoms manifest themselves after you have already been sick for a period of time. Many diseases, such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes and arthritis, among many others, do not have any warning signs. The most advanced and powerful tests and regular checkups are a good thing, but still cannot do much more than detect any disease or illness until after it has been developing in your body.

Currently 98% of all disease processes have no symptoms associated and in most cases it’s too late, i.e. Cancer and Heart Disease. Many of these processes take not months but sometimes years or decades before your body makes aware of them.

So, you're probably thinking, "That's not me, I don't have Heart Disease, cancer, Arthritis, or Alzheimer’s.  But it is you.  Just think about how many people you know or who have heard of being diagnosed with cancer in the past 12 months?

Please…. Unless you're doing something radically different than the people around you, it's you.

Get PROACTIVE and stop being REACTIVE with your LIFE!

With Love, Dr. K
